Hating the Sudden Brownout

I really can't understand why ILPI or Iligan Light and Power Inc. always making a sudden brownout. What I mean is that, they cut the electrical supply and then return it all of a sudden. Of course that kinda irritate me already because they are doing this for a month now. I don't know if they have some technical errors or whatever but I just really hope they can resolve or stop this as soon as possible because they are destroying our appliances and even sometimes lost my unsaved files.
