Summer Weight Loss

Summer is almost, in fact somehow, starting here in the Philippines. We can already feel the hot weather and sometimes it is really annoying me. When summer, that only means "free time." That is I think the main reason why mom is starting her weight loss exercise again because she won't have to work during this season (mom's a teacher).

Mom asked me early this morning, "does nutrisystem work?" At first I can't answer her question because I don't know what she was talking about. After around twenty minutes of talking to her, I went to my room and she told me to help her research for Nutrisystem. Luckily I found a site and read some useful information about that. I told mom about what I have researched. I think she's thinking to buy one.
