My Sister's Favorite Makeup Tutorial

My sister's been watching Michelle Phan's makeup tutorial videos in YouTube for years now and I guess she's really enjoying all the videos from that channel. There's a particular video of Phan that she really really like and it is posted below. I am not sure if Phan was using a lip balm on this video but I just want to tell you that my sister always use personalized lip balm and she always buy it online. Girls are really complicated.
