I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and honestly, I am not really good at programming. Of course I learned PHP from school and other books but what I am saying is that I am not really good at it, hehe. I often ask my friends on what's this, what's that every time I cannot find the answers on books and my other online resources.
Speaking of online resources, I am sure you know already that their are lots of online forums out there that can help you with things. And to tell you, I am already using this PHP Forum where I get some of the tips and answers to my PHP questions. It really helped me for almost a month already and I am just glad that I found this forum.
