PisoBid Review

PisoBid - At first I was hesitant to sign up because I thought it's just one of those scam sites. In short, I wasn't interested.

I changed my mind when I saw my friend holding his new white BlackBerry that he won from bidding at PisoBid. I thought this is cool! So I signed up and familiarize myself with the site. I lost my free 5 bids in just few minutes of bidding haha. I browsed the previous winners and was amazed by the fact that they also give away iPhones, LCD Tvs with tv bracket, Free Bids Package, Cellphone loads, Gift certificates and a lot more!

The other day, they were auctioning my "dream phone" Samsung Galaxy S II. I wanted that badly so I bought 100 bids for P1000. I did not get the phone. :(

Just now, I won a P1000 Globe load. Now that's fair enough. Haha.

Hi Blogger!

I think you need to hear this, tonight they are going to auction again your dream phone, I hope this message will get to you on time. lol.

I have a similar experience with you, when my friend told me to check the site, I did not bother to look for it. And then I saw an ad on my friends facebook account and automatically "liked" their page. And there it was----Brand new gadgets 99% lesser than its original price!!! I automatically asked my friend where to get bids and got 100 bids for 1000. However, i only used maybe 20 bids for I have work to do.

Anyways, pretty cool stuffs out there. I wish I had the time to focus on bidding. =( More power pisobid. You are making Filipinos happy!

Pisobid surprises me everyday! Parang wala ng pahinga mister ko.. After he won the Camera parang ayaw na nyang mag pa awat. Grabe ang mga items nila for auction halos everyday merong mga gadgets na hilig talaga ng mister ko. Anyways, keep up the good work! I hope there will be more items para mas malaki chance namin

After its launching maybe a month ago, Pisobid has auctioned more or less 500 items and over 200 winners. Correct me if Im wrong but Pisobid has been a source of excitement and fun of the Filipinos who has the idea of the site. I wish they would last long so that I can participate when I get home! :)

It is a fact that Pisobid.com is now one of the coolest site in the Philippines.

My Pisobid experience started out slow (thought it was another scam site). But after I participated in the bidding process(which is pretty exciting), I later understand how it really works.

Since their launch, My interest on Pisobid rocketed all because of their amazingly super discounted items and the excitement that it gives me. For more than a month now, they have auctioned hundreds of products ranging from Smartphones, DSLR Cameras, Macbook, Gift Certificates and more with 40,000+ Facebook followers. Amazing!

For the benefit of those who doesn't know about this awesome site. Pisobid is just like an auction. Item starts at 1.00 and .01cents will be added up everytime someone bids for the product. The last highest bidder will get the item.

If one has a question about the website (e.g. How to register?, Where to Buy Bidpacks and etc) Pisobid's customer support are always on stand by to help newcomers for their issues and concerns.

Pisobid has offered their members the excitement of bidding and the chance of getting an amazing shopping opportunity in the convenience of your home!

A little tip for those who want to join Pisobid: Be observant and strategize. Observe the site first and make a strategy before placing your bid. Know the elements of the webpage to avoid wasting your bids. By the way, you will have 5 free bids upon registration. Awesome right?

I HAVE A QUESTION.

When you bid and didn't won, mawawala na un binid (pera) mo?

very new on the pisobid community.. any tips on how to make good bids?

JuanMig said...

@Anonymous 1: No, once you have clicked the “BID” button and placed a bid, you cannot withdraw it. Already submitted bids are final and cannot be undone.

@Anonymous 2: Eto tip lang mula sa akin po. For me, pagka register mo, wag sayangin ang 5 free bids na makukuha mo after registration. Observe an actual bidding first and use the 5 first of your bids to bid on an item. Isip isip muna bago mag place ng bid para walang sayang.

If hindi man manalo, at least alam mo na ang next strategy mo. After this, you should buy more bids. More bids, more chance to win. Now choose another item you want, go to the detail page, and watch the actual auction. Watch closely the bidders who are participating in the bidding that way alam mo kung ilang bidders ang kakalabanin mo. Then start bidding wisely, wag tira ng tira.

Ganun lang.. =) Won 2 items already in my 10,000 pesos. One digicam and one SM GC.

Thanks!

Played on every penny auction site in the Phils but sa Pisobid lang talaga ako nanalo. Ewan ko ba, sa mga nababasa ko ang PisoBid daw ang pinaka mahirap na penny auction site pero sa tingin ko hindi eh, kasi it only took me 5000 pesos to win my first win sa pisoBid. Nagbubudget po talaga ako pag sumasali ako sa mga ganito. 5000 lang limit, pag natalo, stop na. Eh nanalo naman..

Try niyo na rin, budget lang tapos know when to stop. K?

@sticktoit, congratulations on your win! You may want to try out www.Happy2bid.com too. Your chances of winning will be higher since we still have a few users. We once sold an iPhone 4S for just Php 3.21 during our soft launch. We hope to see you there!
