Eyeglasses VS Lasik Surgery

I have my own pair of eyeglasses for almost for years now and I must say that I am really happy with it. Every six months, I go to my optometrist to have my eye checked and if needed, replace my eyeglasses. My optometrist suggested that I should have a Lasik surgery. For your information, Lasik surgery is an eye operation procedure to correct your vision. I do not really know the process but my optometrist told me that it would really help me. To be honest, I did not like the idea of having a surgery firstly because I am afraid that something would go wrong during the surgery and second, it is a bit pricey for me. I said no to it. Instead, I continue wearing eyeglasses.
