Be Healthy

Hey you! Yes, you! What are you doing there? It's weekend. Go out and have some good exercise. As for now, skip on reading this blog (well of course come back as soon as possible) and jog outside. It is a beautiful day isn't it? So what are you waiting for? Jog!

Before, I don't really want to jog around. I don't want to do anything expect reading online, updating this blog and Facebooking. But now, after I realize I am not healthy anymore, I changed my routine. I started to move my body everyday, have some good health supplements from mom and if I am not caught with laziness, I exercise.

So my friends, if you think facing the computer whole day is fine, think again. The real world is waiting. Your health is at risk. Come on, do some exercise (and visit this blog again).
