Is it bad when you sleep too much like more than 8 hours a day? I once heard my mom told me that over sleeping is not bad and it's also not good. Like everybody is saying, too much is not good. But I am just really curious why sleeping too much is bad.
You know what, I find sleeping too much as good for my health. I don't know but when I wake up after a long sleep like 10 - 12 hours a day, I feel better. Also, what I like most about sleeping too much is you dream a lot. Well of course I don't have a solid basis saying that when you over sleep, you over dream, lol! :D
My dreams these days are weird. Sometimes I dream about loose diamonds that I give to my sisters and some friends. It's been recurring you know. I think the reason is my sisters love to collect jewelries and other same stuff. Sometimes I dream about people that I have not talked to. I see strangers in my dreams. I already read an article saying that we do not dream of people that we did not see so basically, I already saw those people in my dreams and just did not remember them at all. I dream a lot and I already forget what are my other dreams. Is this because I over sleep?
